    A terrible idea that was as well executed as it could be. Aesthetically, it looks exactly right. My main criticisms would be: the characters are too strong (at one point, a character who’s supposed to have no powers punches through a wall), which sort of defeats the original point of Watchmen, that they’re non-powered. Several key bits of Rorshach’s early characterization are cut out, making him less of a right wing maniac who looks like he smells terrible, and more…
