  I enjoy these kind of concepts (17 again, freaky friday, fish out of water comedies) and I had a good time overall, especially whenever Rebel Wilson was on screen. The rest is... a Netflix movie.

  There's a couple of self-aware points, but I'm not sure if they're intended that way.

  1. There is a line near the end about how annoying interspersing dialogue/speeches with product placement is and having to leave out just a few. This movie has at least…

  The Barkley Marathons: The Race That Eats Its Young 2014

  I'm struggling with the rating, but the subject material/people involved with the Marathons are incredibly interesting/compelling, which helps make up for the relatively pedestrian filmmaking.

  I definitely recommend that anyone remotely interested give it a watch.
