Was entertaining and had over the top Wes Anderson charm. I was never very engaged in the story or characters given the more esoteric narrative. There was some very funny moments. Definitely have been a bit disappointed with the last two Anderson films.

Haven't used Letterboxd in a long time but had to open it back up to give Across the Spider-Verse some love. It goes without saying that the animation was incredible. Each scene (even ones set in the same universe) felt so dynamic and creative. The story quickly drew me in and at times it legitimately felt like a rollercoaster. A very self aware whodunit. I was charmed by Saoirse Ronan and Sam Rockwell both. There were some very comedic moments and a unique style of editing. A great Sunday afternoon type of movie but not one that will have you in the edge of your seat.
