  Usually a big fan of John Hughes’s stuff but this one is something else..

  This movie feels like it’s trying too hard to be “zany” or raunchy for the sake of it. A lot and I mean a LOT has not aged well AT ALL. Even for the 80s, some of the gags just felt very “wrong” or were very mean spirited for a seemingly lighthearted movie.

  There are some genuinely funny and enjoyable moments but they’re overshadowed the aforementioned…
