End of the Century 2019
I like this film much more as I think back on it than I did as the credits began to roll.
It's filmed beautifully, I'm always a sucker for continuous shots. Lucio Castro's exploration of intimacy is simple but timeless. From lustful encounters, to comfortable co-parenting, Fin de Siglo is a conversation between relinquishing oneself to an intimate connection, and the fear of losing your individuality as a result.
