  Visually great! Before any of the characters or anything is explained, it actually starts out pretty strong. it's gutted by extremely stale characters and unforgivably lethargic pacing. I love slow movies, but it's one thing to be shown something that would, in real life, take a long time to come together. and it's another thing to just have a slow fucking movie because the characters are *moving* slowly to do normal fucking things. that doesn't make a scene atmospheric or…
