Conceptually trippy, amazing visuals and sound design and score.
Character wise though it was weak. The character directing, dialogue, etc was very lacking. And it suffers from the classic "crutch the conflict on lack of communication" technique. Clearly the majority of the focus was put on the bigger situation of the plot, but I think there still could have been room for better character development.

Very moving depiction of major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder (as our two lead characters).
With depression, you could have everything you've ever wanted, and in the middle of it all, your ability to feel anything about it is flatlined. You're disconnected. It's like you're not even a part of anything going on. It just takes you and you can't do anything about it.
With anxiety, you feel like you're teetering on the edge of your very existence ending.…
