fell asleep like 5 seconds during the end of the movie —please excuse me, it was the wee hours of the night— and woke up to the sight of a horrifyingly weird statue and naked people. nice.
the whole movie was a trip, and a very unpredictable one. though some things i knew were going to happen, hereditary ended up being one of the films that stuck with me both because of its originality and also because of the great acting. the facial expressions are everything!
