Mental Madhilo 2017
How the frog did I even miss this film? A film that deals with one of the hardest choices in life - choosing between the right person and the manic pixie dream person. Sri Vishnu, though subdued and a passive protagonist, gives a great performance. But this film is held on its chambers by Nivetha Pethuraj. She delivers a great performance. Amrutha Srinivasan is good, though her writing could get a bit annoying and on-your-nerves at times. The ending could’ve been 10 minutes longer to make the final choice most smooth, but in the larger context of this film, I don’t think that would matter much.
