  I'm sorry, but after legitimately opening my mind and heart for nearly six hours of this garbage (and I really tried), I'm sad to say that I hate these Dune movies more than I've ever hated anything. I'll never understand what y'all see in these. I'm done with Denis until he gets off the spice, and I think he's a brilliant filmmaker and have loved pretty much everything else he's ever made. Also, if anyone ever tries to say that Lynch's Dune is a bad movie to my face again, I might spit in yours... Movie is 1000x more interesting. Cat nipple milk forever!

  Very interesting (and experimental) documentary, revealing a side of the maestro that few of us know or could have ever seen.

  We really get a deep dive into his personal life and tribulations, and sheds a lot of light on the tone and nature of some of his seminal films. You really understand, in a way never presented before, how visceral rage and violence became prevelant in those films, when key elements of their storylines parallel his own life at…
