2024so much i loved about this movie, but also there was so much also left to be desired in terms of depth. supernatural elements of the film felt tropey with little substance which was disappointing. the procedural elements of the film were felt too disconnected or inconsistent from the supernatural elements. lots of admirable plot points that were thoughtful but could’ve been executed better imo, or at least had better development, especially character development. def needed more cage. i wish the ending would’ve felt more fulfilling and less rushed. still good movie tho.
