  I’m extremely late to the party but I’m so happy I was finally able to attend. Whether nothing or everything matters, this films matters and means so much to me. Can’t wait to rewatch. Also loved the bonus gut punch of including a Mitski song in the credits. Love, love, love this one.

  I will begin by saying I had a fun time watching this and it was certainly entertaining. I had low expectations going in, more so as a defense mechanism than anything else, and overall my expectations were met. However, there was so much opportunity here to expand the universe and grow the story and that felt forfeited to odd pacing and, much as I hate to say it, fan service. Either way, Spaeny and Johnson gave stellar performances and the critter design did not disappoint!!
