You can’t help but be enchanted and entertained by Egger’s worlds.
But the most interesting facet of this story for me was learning that it is not based on Hamlet but based on Prince Amleth, the fictional legend whom The Bard drew inspiration from when writing Hamlet.
Which means Hollywood’s incessant urge to recycle stories is as old as Shakespeare.
