Raw, next question.
In all seriousness another great film from Robert Eggers, atmospheric, scary, and unpredictable. The sweeping camera movements were great and the use of shadow and silhouette pay homage to nosferatu’s roots as a German Expressionist film without coming across as trite or cheesy. The actors are all well cast and do a phenomenal job. Especially Bill Skarsgaard who is almost unrecognizable as count orlock. His look was a bit over complicated in my opinion, he was always the most effective to me when he was casting shadows or lurking around. All in all a scary watch that is sure to entertain.
