  I really like the interpretation that he dies, gonna believe that's what actually happens yay! I mean, the whole thing of meeting his ancestors and the bus arriving earlier and it being a metaphor of his chance to get back to life, but him refusing it means that he's gonna stay there for a while = he's dead (prob he's not gonna get an extra chance to come back to life so f), but can't blame him tho, I too would die for a plate of spaghetti duh
