This movie makes less sense than Divergent.
Someone wanted a shifting maze and they also wanted a group of teenagers to be chased by giant spiders. And upon deciding upon these two desirable factors, the creator had to bend over backwards upside down sideways to build the most flimsy plot in any YA film franchise I've seen so far to make that premise... not work at all. Sorry sir, you failed.

The best part actually, is Dunst's character Claudia. Her story of an adult trapped in an immortal child-like doll's body was the most compelling compared to Lestat's hedonism and Louis' moral turmoil.
