  Jeez that was a really good movie. From the Asian references to the 2000s California aesthetic, the movie had a very cute coming of age charm.

  There are so many second hand embarrassment moments that just keep rolling. Very accurate awkward high school dialogue.

  They nailed the 14 year old sad brooding  boi. Few years too early for Panic and MCR

  8/10 would cry to again

  For a student passion project with minimal budget, the movie turned out very well! The use of creative camera shots helps add to the mystical feel of the film.

  I think the biggest setback is the editing, which is always the hardest thing to do without budget. Despite that, the movie remains entertaining and immersive in the story.

  Overall, the short film does a great job at building a sci-fi world, and would make for a great pilot for a full feature film!
