  The first half of this review is from my notes page whilst still in the cinema.

  Jesse Plemons makes me anxious, i can’t even comment on any acting performance it is literally all monotone. the monotony served purpose in poor things, the lobster, even in the favourite but holy fuck it’s killing me

  there is a linear storyline in each story sure, but what the fuck actually??
  the first story, sure i’m there with you, would love more explanation but…

  some POV shots and the way the audio was chopped were a little bit weird

  BUT overall cinematography was brill, performances were so solid it’s actually nearly boring how consistently good Zendaya is with every role she gets.

  Luca Guadagnino is quickly becoming a favourite director, every film is visually stunning!!!
