“You ever get the feeling sometimes, you’re being punished for your sins…”

A truly remarkable film that blends drama, comedy, romance, and fantasy so well. Terry Gilliam directs this film with true care that showcases his skill and passion for film making. Jeff Bridges and Robin Williams are truly incredible in their respective roles. This is a rare film where I love the supporting cast along with the main cast, with Michael Jeter being a major standout.

A day can start out beautifully yet end in misery…

The Virgin Spring is not like any other rape and revenge film I have ever seen. This film dives into themes of questioning morals, religion, and vengeance, all while telling you a truly heartbreaking story.

Ingmar Bergman truly knows how to capture you and make you feel and question things much like the characters of his films.

Max Von Sydow gives an incredible performance. The moment where he learns…

    “No not his, ours…”

I got my wish, Deep Blue Sea finally on 4K and man it doesn’t disappoint! Also, they gave it an Atmos track!

As for the movie itself, it’s freaking entertaining as all get out and has some great set pieces and practical effects.

Can Hollywood please get back to more practical effects and set pieces and less CG! Like this movie kicks major butt for blending them all.

The saga of Michael Myers and Laurie Strode comes to a spine-chilling climax in this final installment of this trilogy.

    I freaking loved this!!!!! Bravo!

Like Halloween III they chose to be different, and for me it absolutely worked.  This was a great way to end the trilogy!

One of the most haunting scores I have ever heard in a drama. What a truly upsetting and gut wrenching experience this film is. Requiem for a Dream follows the lives of 4 individuals and how their drug addictions affect them physically and emotionally, and has imprisoned them in a world of desperation and delusion. The performances from the cast are solid and they all have amazing chemistry together, but the standouts have to be Marlon Wayans and Ellen Burstyn.

    That ending.

This film is not for everyone.
