Right now the meme is out of the way I'd like to say the cinematography???? Stunning, every scene felt like it could be a professional poster, art all of it.
The critique of marriage, heterosexual norms and women's place?? Iconic, threw the first brick at stonewall.
One thing i Did Not fw however, was that cgi ghost dress Heloise. Unnecessary, foreboding, made me think she was gonna throw herself off that cliff at the end. Not a fan of that.
