Conclave is an amazing movie deserving of the praise it received during this Oscar cycle. Ralph Fiennes (Lawrence) certainly gave a best actor worthy performance, and I’m continually impressed by his range. For a movie with a relatively simple premise, it built tension incredibly well and had me completely invested. Seems like we might be seeing a conclave soon in real life, which definitely increased my enthusiasm. Overall a great watch.

The Father 2020
Excellent drama, easy to see why Anthony Hopkins won best actor for this performance. Olivia Colman was also great, I didn’t know she had game like that. Hopkins’ ending is one of the most impactful and fitting scenes I’ve ever watched.

Fantastic performances from both Damon and DiCaprio. I can’t think of anything about this movie that isn’t great. The plot had me fully captivated the entire time, and there were so many subtle hints and twists throughout that were perfectly placed and added a lot to the film. Overall an awesome film that’s definitely up there with my favorites
