i loved photo manipulation apps ever since i was an ipad kid. i used to make all these edits of my favorite media as practice. i still do use my skills in GFX design in filmmaking. this film takes the concept of photoshop into a heartwarming comedy. aside from the main theme of the film, i also felt attached through lola's backstories of her colorful yet painful youth. the use of ian quiruz's track "tindahan ng mga alaala" is a neat touch.
