Soul 2020
A beautiful exploration of life and passion that hit me hard. I feel like there was a lot about Joe that was left unexplored/unsaid, like his assumptions about the barber, but I also think that was the point of the movie, that there is so much about ourselves and other people we don’t see that we can find out. I think the movie’s overall message would benefit if this had been a little more explicitly said.
