  Ousier and Clairee carry this movie on their old ass backs, Dolly Parton is always a joy, and Sally Fields deserved some kind of award for this movie. this shit has me laughing and bursting into tears even tho I've watched it 10392729 times. also, not many movies really capture a realistic but positive mother/daughter relationship as well as this one.

  I like Julia Roberts but she was just so meh in this movie tbh.

  10/10 tho, if u hate this movie you're just allergic to fun
