  Before watching this film, I was told it was a heist-comedy. Although there is a heist in the movie, and there are some deadpan scenes that genuinely made me laugh out loud, I would not file it under this category. The Delinquents is a gentle, dreamy, and glacially paced film that has more in common with Antonioni than it does with Jacques Tati (It is nothing like Tati's films, but for some reason, I was expecting to be as such).…
