  Surprised by how much I liked this. Gavin Richards showcases a perfect duality as the maniac, as both a strong comedic AND naturalistic actor. Makes you think deeper about the unbalanced state of not only foreign police forces, but even our own here in the UK.

  WHAT did I just watch? Was it creepy? Yes. Was it gory? Yes, I couldn’t even look when he ate that pigeon. Is it supposed to be that sexual? Just a gothic horror thing? Why were they grunting and groaning every ten seconds?

  Not a great film to watch with your mum (I know from experience). Visuals and cinematography are both beautiful, but I thought the plot line was at times confusing. Maybe a more film literate person will jump me for saying that.
