  how to do I explain that this film made me feel so much and yet nothing at all ~ the first hour felt like a chore but as a whole piece of art it makes perfect sense. 
  as someone who is riddled with nostalgia I felt arthur’s pursuit to cling onto the past both emotionally and literally ~ also visually it just felt sooooo ethereal and gorgeous. congratulations italy on film, you win !
