SLY LIVES! (aka The Burden of Black Genius) 2025
Same review as The Brutalist - only watch the first half as the second half is unnecessarily dark. First half so good, focusing on the music but then it lost it’s way and senselessly ignored the countless brilliant rock n roll stars Sly influenced. A missed opportunity -!only touched upon - that would have made for a better movie.
