Maximalist piece of alternate history made into yet another enjoyable Tarantino blockbuster.
Amazing mis en scene (accents, costumes, production design etc.) that ranges anywhere from painstakingly accurate to overly cartoonish (see Hitler).
Oscar worthy performance by Waltz who nailed the role of Hans Lander, a quick-witted, precise and cartoonishly meticulous SS ideologue surprisingly turned fanatical and self-serving traitor.
