Controversial maybe, but I was absolutely taken by this movie. Timothee Chalamet’s act was something out of a dream (even if his English accent coukd have used some help). The cinematography made the film appear like a painting of 1400s English artists, like we were transported back to the visuals and colour scheme of the time. And the soundtrack — Nicholas Britell!! Need I say more.
Also, Chalamet’s and Lily Rose Depp’s few scenes together were charged with a undercurrent…
