  this movie was way too hyped up and for what reason 😭. as much as i understood that they both had an objective and it was the opposite from each other, i felt that they just both became so unlikable and whilst this was intended, i felt that there was nothing to redeem the movie. i will say i love the trope of a magazine writer and seeing things set in those workplaces so i could rewatch this but maybe in the very far future lol.

  have never seen a romcom with such an interesting way of storytelling. the parts where the characters are physically in the past and talking about the past versions of themselves felt very much like a musical and was so fun. need to see more british romcoms in the future. loved this movie!

  not the most perfect or best college romcom but truly just feels like fun. i didn't expect the misdirect of jamie and ben not ending up together but i thought that was a fun change from usual romcoms. i loved the use of colour in this movie, it felt like just the right amount of stimulating and it gave me summer 2018 romcom vibes.
