I laughed, I cried, I loved. I lived a whole life while watching this movie.
Also, it was literally insane that I watched this movie with like a theater of old people. They had no clue what was going to happen.

The Substance 2024
Sometimes the film verged on ridiculousness with its heavy handedness (I did burst out laughing at the earring scene), but it had its moments. It had promise, but I think some extra edits would’ve made the film better. I will never look at shrimp the same way again.
