Kinds of Kindness 2024
It's really apparent Lanthimos is stretching himself a bit thin shooting this almost side by side with "Poor Things", Two movies on opposite ends of the spectrum of production budget. It runs a bit long and loses it's momentum with each story. The dry, direct dialogue everyone's favorite Greek freak writes up is there but it comes off a lot more forced and lacks the "incidental" edge that usually makes it great. All that aside it's still a solid film…
