A really good, gripping thriller that had me on the edge of my sofa, trying to work out what was going to happen next. Great story!

Where were the Transformers? Wrong Megan Fox robot movie 🤪

Actually, I liked this movie. It was a similar take on the 2015 "Humans" TV series that was on Channel 4 in the UK - I enjoyed that too.

With the evolution of AI, this movie paints a future where artificial robots begin to think for themselves and disregards their core programming leading to deadly results..Hmm, I'm thinking i Robot and Terminator similarities now.
Overall this movie wasn't that bad and honestly a great sci-fi watch.

The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford

Jesse James is part of American history and this movie depicts the final parts of his life by focusing on his friendship with Robert Ford who ultimately assassinates him. This movie is so slow; at nearly 2.5 hours it's filled with long drawn out conversations between characters in dull scenes that are tedious to watch. Given the calibre of stars in this movie (Brad Pitt, Sam Rockwell, Jeremy Renner) I was surprised to see how downbeat and monotonous this was.…

A Blade-esque action comedy that pretty entertaining. It's definitely a popcorn movie with some awesome fighting scenes, well-placed humour and horrific gore. Jamie Foxx is brilliant as a father, trying to make money for his daughter's education by killing vampires and selling their valuable teeth. Some great scenes with Snoop Dog as a fellow vampire slayer and this movie was the directorial debut of J.J Perry, who has worked on stunts and martial arts sequences in countless blockbuster movies - so his art is definitely reflected in this movie. I'd love to see a sequel to this, if there will ever be one.
