Always hits. I love this movie with my whole heart. Such a great childhood film to go back to. Still funny, still emotional, and the jello house scene is exactly as cool as I remember it.

Color Out of Space 2019
I did not like this movie. I mean I appreciate it for its special effects pertaining specifically to the gore, but the plot was un amusing and, frankly, difficult to follow. Horror movies can be difficult for me to get into but, nonetheless, I can like a good movie regardless of the genre and this just wasn’t it. It felt like the movie was just meant to spook you using the most out of pocket tactics in cinema. It felt shallow, is a way to put it. I was spooked, but in a really un enjoyable way.
