  A fun and funky little doc with an upbeat outlook that highlights several cultural/art forms in Congo - a welcome contrast to the monolithic misery and poverty porn that continues to dominate Western narratives about Africa. You can't help but be charmed by the idiosyncratic, engaging characters given the spotlight here.
