Visually, the film is stunning. The cinematography beautifully captures the vastness and beauty of the Himalayas, immersing the audience in the breathtaking, yet perilous environment of Everest. The use of practical effects and breathtaking aerial shots, makes the setting feel like an active participant in the narrative, giving a sense of the overwhelming danger faced by the climbers. The ice, snow, and wind are almost characters in themselves, conveying the enormity of the challenge. Middle act a little to much but overall a good movie.
