Hard to digest. Nevertheless, it makes some unexpected points of view about gratuitous violence, its consequences, the danger that arises from unethical techniques/"treatments", and, above all, how rotten society can be.
One take I found curious had to do with the prison priest on the issue of free will, while the minister defends the more effective, but less humane, riskier, and dangerous solution. It would have been interesting to see a discussion unfold between these two.
