  Showcasing the evils of dowry system in our land,Ponman features strong writing, solid characters and great performances.A grounded & realistic but engaging flick where i never felt even the slightest bit of boredom anywhere.The script & screenplay is well-written.Ajesh has gotta be the best character Basil's ever portrayed👌 and he gave his career best performance for it.Sajin Gopu & Lijomol were also really good.

  Thalavan is an investigation thriller which kept me engaged from start to end with its tight screenplay. The movie manages to keep the suspense maintained very well throughout the entire runtime.
