Light one today because I've had a lot to do and don't want to process much. Genuinely surprised at how nuanced this was! At first I was mad that it was all so dumb but I'm reminded that old romcoms have so much...advice for what really matters.

The Wonder 2022
It’s a good film in terms of cinematography. But I think I always go into these kinds of “obscure” movies hoping for it to be a bit more bizarre than it’s set to be, so while I was worried throughout, my anxiety didn’t spike for suspense. I’m happy (really I’m GLAD) with the ending. I just wish there was a bit more bewilderment.
