    I would have rated it zero. But I'll give it half a star for about 2 or 3 fun bits of gore.

    1. The alien 'sock puppet' crawls out of a face, taking the eyeball with it.
    2. A guy hanging upside down and his head slowly falls off and onto the ground.
    3. A head explodes via 'psychic lady's power'.

    Other than that? Horrendously boring. Severely Slow Paced. A beginning littered with 'stock footage'. A 'telepathic girl' who is…

    I'm still saddened that Paul Walker passed away. This was one of his last films, and it happens to be one of his best. My personal favorite of his. A great performance as a father who has to keep his baby alive during the events of Katrina, shortly after his wife passes away from childbirth.

    A solid performance by the lead, an original story, and a wonderful Heart on its' sleeve makes this a film that should have gotten much more attention.

    A classic spoof film. Great cast (Leslie Nielsen, Robert Stack, Lloyd Bridges, Robert Hays). Some solid lines ala 'I am Serious. And Don't Call Me Shirley'.

    The only reason it's not a full 5 out of 5 stars? Once in a while, a joke doesn't work (for example, the two kids pretending to act like an adult man & woman...Robert Hays' Drinking Problem) which is a tough thing to have an excellent ratio in these kind of flicks.
