This movie’s trying too hard. Instead of pulling you in with its story, characters, or atmosphere, it drowns you with its excessively gaudy dialogue. It really wants to be poetic, and it is, but I lost all interest once it’s clear that the plot goes nowhere and there are zero stakes. But ill give a few bonus points for being really pretty and being funny sometimes.
