After watching Breakdown, the source material should have been retained with little changes to make Vidaamuyarchi much better than what it is. The affair angle actually does make more sense and in a way, adds a layer to the surface level thrills and even adds a dash of depth to the lead characters. Even the chosen title makes more sense in that aspect , but Vidaamuyarchi does meander a lot in its middle portions, and the story never actually progresses…
