  Could honestly as easily (and eerily) have been set in modern day. Jude Law was his awesome self although I can never get used to him with an American accent. If your hyperfocus is extreme beliefs (as is mine) then this is a movie for you.

  The heavy breathing was a choice, but other than that it was a great adaptation of the original book. Love me some Vatican intrigue.

  A plot flimsy as tissue paper. Basically: kid enters different address in GPS (who'd let an 8 year old do that?), family ends up at wrong house and lots of "funny" things happen because the mother of the family doesn't believe her friend actually has a happy life. The ending came out of nowhere and in no world would these people actually be friends? Thoroughly confused.
