Dragon Ball DAIMA 2024
This series is an amazing send off of the dragon ball series with the passing of Akira Toriyama. For this series to be his last really hurt during each episode knowing that his contributions to anime have been felt through the entire industry and that he has forever changed the world.

Frieren: Beyond Journey's End 2023
This anime is a work of art that you can tell everyone involved did an amazing job with everything from writing to the animation to everything in between. This is honestly probably now in my favorite anime of all time and it isn’t even a finished show with more of it coming out in January of 2026.

I saw this movie due to being a fan of the concept of the movie and of being a fan of multiple Jack Quaid projects. This movie definitely hits a more common movie trope of having a guy save his love interest even if he has never fought or fired a gun before.
