Tin Men 1987
My dad’s been demanding we watch this movie for 3 days - it was fine. Pretty funny banter and witty conversation, I liked that aspect. It just dragged a lot and I was kinda waiting for it to be done. Also they just like become friends at the end and I don’t think there was a moment they put their differences aside. Idk I don’t think it’s meant to be that serious lol it was funny

Oh fuck. I haven’t cried this hard and legitimately at a movie ever. I also haven’t cried this hard since I think October? Needed this bad. Also a fantastic move, fantastic screenplay so realistic props to Nick Payne my love (I just did a monologue from Constellations last week.) Andrew Garfield is a magnificent actor, and Florence Pugh is one of the greatest performers of all time. Highly recommend but be cautious if emotionally sensitive (also I drank like half a bottle of wine so that probably contributed)

Bro this was fantastic, I was so engaged the whole time I had to stop multitasking to pay attention. The suspense, the drama, the twists, the symbolism. Actually so good, lovely insight into politics behind doors and all that.
