  The emotional highs and lows of this movie are so starkly different, like from start to finish its just such a mixed bag of feelings, which i think is a great thing. Main thing tho is I hope to never appear like such a man-child in my life ever.

  Genuinely one of the best depictions of young teen life I’ve seen so far. Like its crazy how it simultaneously captures the simplicity of the middle school to high school period in your life, while still bringing light to the “complexities” of being a teenager. His experiences with feeling like he fucks everything up, how he loses and gains friends that he thought would last forever, trying to deal with young relationships how to even start something in the first place, shit really hit me on a personal level. Main takeaway tho is love your moms guys.
