Chris is a brilliant filmmaker, who grips you with his artistic vision, then leaves you out in the open with all sorts of emotions. With Wild Robot he tells a story which on the surface is for kids, but once the film is done with its setup, it becomes an animated film which feels more mature. A film that doesn't shy away from showing the harsh reality of life, while maintaining the childlike essence. Something I believe is hard to achieve.

    A must-watch.

When Humans first gazed upon the night sky, did they see stars? A lung, a heart, a hand, an altar...in the sky. What is a constellation but a sum of it's parts? they didn't see stars. They saw titans.

The screenplay is great, the set design is marvelous, and the concept is one of the most messed up I've ever seen. The staging is exceptionally creative and rare to come by.

Also, I think some aspects demand ethical reflection and discussion, but I'd prefer to maintain my sanity for now.

    Emma deserves that Oscar!!

Overall, Saltburn wasn't as wild as expected.
