I love how Kiarostami can mix tragedy + time into a touching storyline with a humanist approach to the story, bringing feelings of joy and tears at the same time. A touch of editing that existed at the time of the trial seemed quite clever, making reality and "docu-fiction" blurred as an attempt to deliver a life lessons as well as a beautiful message about meaning of life from the point of view of a Sabzian.
