I would not recommend to watch this movie during Christmas Eve with the entire family. Enchanting scenes, such as the mother who cut his sons dick or the father who bleed himself for sexual pleasure. That's being said, there is a poetic charm and real reflection on humanity coming out of this nightmare.

This must be the strangest movie I've seen this year. Ridley Scott makes a weird and unnecessary attempt to replicate the first (and only) Gladiator epic vibes, but everything falls flat. Lucius has less charisma than an amphora. The supposed tragic scenes are confused. There is absolutely no tension building up before battles, it just happens before moving to something else. Trap 2024
The first part is stupid but entertaining. The second part is just stupid. An unlikely concept falling into the abyss. But as always with Shyamalan's touch there is something attracting, like a colorful candy at the store or a kebab at 4am. And that's why I keep going back to this crap.
